The "Employee of the Month" is the employee selected based on the objectives and standards set by DoHR. This policy applies to all full-time employees excluding the executive leadership. Supervisory employees may be nominated if no employees were nominated from the organizational Unit. This aims to promote excellence and continuous achievement of DoHR objecitves and raise the spirit of competition among employees to demonstrate their potentials and areas of excellence. This also helps the employees to qualify for excellence awards at the government level.
